ゴールデンウィークの大規模交通渋滞について

　4月26日から5月6日までの11日間は、白川郷にて大変な交通渋滞が予想されます。国道156号線は特に混み合い、駐車場に入るまでに2～3時間もかかる可能性があります。迂回路はありません。可能であれば、白川郷への訪問日を別の日に変更することをお勧めします。

　駐車場は朝8時に開き、夕方5時に閉まります。最終入場は午後4時30分ですので、ご注意ください。

Expect Heavy Traffic: Apr 26 - May 6

　　Heavy traffic congestion is expected in Shirakawa-go during the 11-day period from April 26 to May 6. Route 156 will be particularly busy, and it may take 2-3 hours to enter the parking lot. If possible, we recommend that you reschedule your visit to Shirakawa-go for another day.
　　The parking lot opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM. Please note that the last entry is at 4:30 PM.
