Description
Taste regional dishes produced from an abundance of locally sourced ingredients, including river fish and wild plants. Among them, salt-grilled char and soba (buckwheat noodles) are especially popular. Featuring grilled magnolia leaves with miso, Hida beef, maitake mushrooms, and green onions, our “Hidagyu Hobayaki Set” is another favorite. We also have items available for take-out, including traditional “Warabi-mochi” (bracken-starch cake).
