Description
Aided by the assistance of 310 people, the roof was rethatched in April 2006. Flavors and soul passed down over 30 years go into dishes such as our kuma-nabe (bear meat hotpot) and akakabu-zuke (red turnip pickles). Please enjoy the Hidagyu, soba, and rustic countryside cuisine.
